Hi, I'm Darioush!

After overcoming severe back pain, I became passionate about helping others live pain-free. With a degree in Kinesiology and certification in RUNDNA running mechanics, I specialize in teaching proper running form and strength training to improve performance and prevent injuries. Let me help you build a stronger, more active life!

What We'll Focus On

We'll focus on improving running form, fixing posture and imbalances, and helping with fat loss. Our community workouts will support you while we also work on building core strength and balance.

We'll have a 30-minute video call to get to know each other and discuss your fitness goals, nutrition, and your next journey.

​To create the right program, I want to assess how your body moves. The goal is to improve foundational movements and tailor a program to your goals and hobbies.

Based on your goals and biomechanics assessment, I'll create a personalized program to help you reach your goals quickly and safely.

After a few sessions, we’ll review your results based on your custom program to see if you’ve met your goals.
